🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with LookzLike. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent and fair return and exchange process for both local (Canada) and international customers.


📦 Return Eligibility

We offer returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • US/Canada Customers:

    • You may return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery.

    • Product must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with tags intact.

    • Return shipping costs and any related expenses (e.g., courier charges) are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective.

  • International Customers:

    • We only accept returns if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

    • No returns or refunds will be issued for reasons such as size mismatch, change of mind, or dislike of product.

    • All courier fees, customs duties, and taxes incurred in the return or exchange process are the responsibility of the customer.


🧾 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for unworn and undamaged items.

  • Customers are responsible for all exchange-related costs, including:

    • Return courier fees

    • Re-shipping fees

    • Any duties or customs taxes incurred


🕵️ Product Inspection & Return Approval

To ensure fair practice, all returned items will go through a quality inspection process before a refund or exchange is approved.

We reserve the right to reject a return if:

  • The product shows signs of intentional damage, tampering, or misuse

  • The item is worn, washed, altered, or not in its original condition

  • The return is made after the 15-day return window

  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing

  • The returned item does not match the original order or invoice

If a return is rejected:

  • The product will be shipped back to the customer

  • The customer will be charged the return shipping cost


🔧 Defective or Damaged Products

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include: Order number, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue

After inspection:

  • We will offer either a full refund or replacement product, based on your preference

  • We will cover all courier costs for verified defective items (local & international)


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Lingerie, swimwear, or undergarments for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards or store credit vouchers

  • Products damaged due to improper care or intentional misuse


🌎 Customs, Duties, and Fees

  • We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied in your country.

  • Any additional fees incurred due to international returns or exchanges must be borne by the customer.


📩 How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at info@lookzlike.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.
