Processing Time
We process all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to activate.

📦 Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your package ships. If you do not receive it within 3 business days, please contact us.

⚠️ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they are marked as delivered by the courier.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you didn't receive it:

  • Double-check your address

  • Ask neighbors or building management

  • Contact the shipping carrier

  • File a claim with the courier

Replacements or refunds will be provided only at our discretion.

📭 Address Errors or Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors. If a package is returned to us due to a delivery issue:

  • We will contact you

  • Re-shipping fees will apply

 

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
